WEB

WEB (Where Everyone Belongs) is a program to help students transition into Middle School.  Each year our WEB Program hosts Orientations for students new to middle school the week before school starts.  At Orientation, 6th graders are paired with an 8th grade mentor who will support them throughout their first year at Barrett Middle School. 

Our 8th grade students benefit from participation in this program by developing skills in leadership, guidance and inter-personal relationships.  Our 6th grade students benefit from a sense of welcome, safety and support that comes from knowing someone who is an experienced Middle Schooler.
